Refunds Policy

If you are not satisfied with any product or service we have supplied please get in touch with us at [email protected] or give us a call to discuss how we can resolve your concern to your satisfaction.

Requests for refunds related to returned goods will be processed on receipt of the product – it typically takes 3-5 working days for the funds to credit to your original payment method.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations if you make a purchase online or by telephone you have the right to cancel your order. Requests for refunds for cancelled orders must be made within 14 days of placing the order. It is your responsibility to send this request for a refund in writing to [email protected].

All returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.

You can request to return any unwanted items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Products of a cosmetic or personal nature cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Medicinal products cannot be returned due to the legislation governing the sale and supply of medicines in the UK.

The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. All returned item(s) must be undamaged, unopened and in their original packaging.

If you want to cancel an order before it has been dispatched then please contact us as soon as possible. Orders placed up to 2.30pm on usual days of despatch can typically be cancelled on the day – it is your responsibility to contact us to confirm your order has been cancelled.
